I had a wonderful experience wedding dress shopping yesterday. Rebecca made me feel completely at ease and was able to very quickly understand me as a person and the style of dress I was looking for. She is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about her job which allowed me to trust her to pick out some dresses I might not have chosen. Just so turns out one of those dresses was the perfect dress for me! I’m so happy with the dress and myself and my mom will remember the experience with Rebecca forever. I can’t thank you enough!!

Visited yesterday looking for a mother of the groom outfit and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Rebecca and made to feel so welcome. She chats with you to get an idea of what you’re looking for and then picks out some lovely dresses. She gives helpful advice while you’re trying them on and is very patient. You do not feel rushed in any way and are made to feel so special. Every dress I tried on was beautiful and I finally chose one together with matching hat which I am really happy with. Thank you again Rebecca for a lovely positive experience. I would not hesitate in recommending you to anyone.

From the moment I met Rebecca, she gave me a level of confidence I had never had before, and that confidence truly shone through on my wedding day. She was so kind, encouraging and supportive throughout the entire process that I genuinely felt like I had gained another family member.

Bought my MOB dress from Rebecca in Jan what a fantastic experience from the moment I booked the appointment to trying on the dresses. So I finally had my day as mother of the groom yesterday. Here is a photo of me and my son and his new wife and with my daughter who. I wanted to write again to say THANK YOU for your help, support and guidance to ensure I looked fabulous yesterday. I had kept the dress a secret from everyone and so when I walked into church as everyone waited for the wedding to begin I was surprising everyone with what I had chosen to wear. It’s safe to say I got my wish of making a statement. It’s been a long journey to get to wear a dress that for all my adult life I have been too overweight to even contemplate. That day in your shop will live with me for a very long time and when it’s my next time to be a mother of.. I will be back. It’s a long way from Hertfordshire to Rugeley and so many people asked why I didn’t get the 20 minute train journey to London instead to get my dress. It’s quite simple you and your approach and inclusive nature what leaps out of your social media profile is what sold it to me.
For anyone not sure about where to get your dress make this trip. I walked in on a wet day in February and the dress was literally out of the new arrival box and the first dress I tried on after a little persuasion and it’s fair to say I was smitten.

I travelled from Cornwall to find a dress for my son's wedding as I heard how good Rebecca Jaynes was. The five hour journey was worth every minute for a truly fantastic and personal service from start to finish! A warm welcome from Rebecca and her team before finding out what I thought about styles and colours. Rebecca picked out some gorgeous dresses for me to try on and I very quickly found the perfect Mother of the Groom dress and stunning hat to match. I felt wonderful, both at the fitting and on my son and daughter-in-laws wedding day. Truly a wonderful experience.
I have never seen my mother so elated before. She knew what she wanted, went in & the owner managed to get one in her size!
She was more emotional at her own mother of the bride dress than mine! - hilarious.
She couldn’t think clearly, she was so distracted for the rest of the day.
Thank you for all your help lovely ladies, I felt more happy with her purchase knowing how happy she was, than when I had my own dress 💗😅
